Sessions Pro for Codex
These terms apply when you buy or use Sessions Pro for Codex (the "App"), sold by LEX GLOBAL IT S.R.L., DN17 nr 268B, Romania, Trade Register no. J2018000908068, CUI 39743639 ("we"). Contact: support@multiplecodex.com. By buying or using the App you agree to them.
1. What you get
- A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the App on up to 2 computers at a time. You can move it by deactivating a computer in the App.
- You can add 3 more computers to a license for $14.99, one-time, as often as you need. Extra computers are part of the same license and follow these terms.
- Use for personal and business purposes is allowed. Businesses need one license per person using it.
- We may release updates. A lifetime license does not oblige us to keep developing the App or support future macOS, ChatGPT or Codex versions forever.
- You may not resell, share, reverse engineer or redistribute the App or license keys, except where the law expressly allows it.
2. Price, payment and delivery
The price is shown on multiplecodex.com (currently $24.99, one-time; 3 extra computers $14.99, one-time). Payment is processed by Stripe. LEX GLOBAL IT S.R.L. is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to the price. Your license key is shown right after payment and emailed to you, and the App unlocks automatically if it's open. We issue an invoice for every purchase.
3. Free preview
Each computer gets one free 1-hour preview, which starts once a profile is signed in. After it ends, the App asks for a license and closes the profiles if none is entered. Profiles don't open without a license.
4. Refunds and your right of withdrawal
If Sessions Pro for Codex isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. This also covers the 14-day right of withdrawal that EU consumers have for online purchases. When a purchase is refunded or charged back, its license stops working.
5. ChatGPT, Codex, OpenAI and your accounts
- Sessions Pro for Codex is an independent app. It is not made by, affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI. ChatGPT and Codex are trademarks of OpenAI.
- The App runs OpenAI's official ChatGPT desktop app, which you install and use under OpenAI's own terms. You're responsible for using only accounts you're allowed to use and for following OpenAI's terms, including its usage limits. Don't use the App to get around those limits.
- OpenAI may change the ChatGPT app or Codex in ways that affect the App. We'll try to keep the App working, but we can't guarantee it, and we aren't responsible for actions OpenAI takes on your accounts.
6. Revoking a license
We may revoke a license if it was obtained fraudulently, refunded, charged back, or shared publicly or used on more computers than allowed. If we do so by mistake, we'll restore it.
7. Warranty and liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content.

9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim there. Please contact us first. Romanian consumers can also turn to ANPC (anpc.ro).
10. Changes
We may update these terms for future purchases. The version in force when you bought applies to your purchase.
